Institute of Biosciences carries out research in the fields of molecular and systems biology of living organisms as well as biodiversity, population and ecosystems. The staff of the institute is responsible for all bachelor and master degree study programmes, also for doctoral degree study programmes of Biology, Biochemistry, Biophysics, Zoology, Ecology and environmental research.
