Description: The Automated Nucleic Acid Purification System KingFisher™ Flex allows for quick and efficient purification of nucleic acids (DNA, RNA), proteins or cells from infused samples. The performance of the system reaches the purification of 96 samples in less than 20 min.

The system works on the principle of magnetic particles. The system is optimized to work with the equipment manufacturer's (Thermo Fisher Scientific) reagent kits, but is also compatible with analog reagents from various other manufacturers. The system is controlled by integrated software or via a computer. The user can perform purification according to the protocols recommended by the manufacturer or create new or edit existing protocols using the BindIt software.

The system is suitable for 96-well PCR (20-100 μl), deep wells (50-1000 μl) and KingFisher-type plates (20-200 μl). Samples can be heated (up to +115 °C). Magnetic particle collection efficiency ≥95%.
