RADWAG AP-12.1.5Y operates according to the gravimetric principle. Water dispensed by a pipette is weighed using a high-precision balance, and the actual dispensed volume is calculated from the measured mass while taking liquid temperature and ambient conditions into account. The obtained results are used to evaluate pipette dispensing accuracy and repeatability.
The system automates a substantial part of the calibration workflow, enables multi-channel pipette channels to be evaluated within a single calibration cycle, and records measurement conditions and results
