European Biotech Week (26-27 September) events took place at VU LSC. Every year in different European countries plenty of events, such as conferences, creative workshops, exhibitions, etc., are being organized under this initiative.
European Biotech Week events at VU LSC offered an extensive program. VU LSC scientists as well as students and schoolchildren could choose among such events as the seminar „EU General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR): what the Life Sciences Center should know“, the lecture „Microorganisms in industrial production of organic acids”, the scientific activity of Extramural School of Young Biochemists, the traveling laboratory (called “Mobile Bioclass”), the quiz-type game dedicated to biotechnology for the schoolchildren and the training course on biotechnology for secondary school children.
The 7th edition of the European Biotech Week takes place from 23 – 29 September 2019.
