Preliminary Topic: Comparative Proteomic Analysis of Different Extracellular Particle Populations
Short Description of the Internship Work: During the internship, the student will become familiar with isolation methods for extracellular particles, including extracellular vesicles and non-vesicular particles, and perform bioinformatic analysis of proteomics data. Depending on the analysis objectives, various data analysis and visualization methods may be applied (PCA, heatmaps, volcano plots, Venn diagrams, UpSet plots, hierarchical clustering, and GO enrichment analysis) to compare the protein composition of different particle populations and identify their molecular markers.
