Preliminary Topic: Characterization of viral proteins using biochemical and AI methods
Short Description of the Internship Work: Viruses are the most abundant entities on Earth. Unfortunately, many of them are poorly studied, and the functions of their proteins remain unknown. During this work, AI tools and/or biochemical methods will be used to investigate protein functions.
