Operating Principle:

  • QuantStudio™ 7 Pro uses real-time PCR, where nucleic acids are amplified and fluorescence signals are measured simultaneously. The fluorescence signal is proportional to the amount of target nucleic acid, allowing real-time monitoring of amplification kinetics and precise determination of initial molecule concentrations. Data are processed by dedicated software, which automatically generates amplification curves, calculates Ct (threshold cycle) values, and produces analytical reports.
