Working Principle:

The system pumps a sample through a chromatography column packed with resin to which biomolecules bind based on specific chemical or physical properties (such as charge, size, or affinity). By changing the buffer composition or ionic strength, the target molecule is released and eluted from the resin. Detectors monitor this process and generate a chromatogram showing the separation profile.
