Short Description: Programmable high-precision dual-channel syringe pumps for pulse-free fluid infusion and withdrawal in research and laboratory processes. Both systems allow independent control of two syringes at different flow rates; wide syringe compatibility (from Hamilton 0.5 µL up to 100–140 mL).

Masiu fotometras 2MPProduser: LDA-02 – Golander (Shenzhen Golander)Inovenso Inc.

Equipment Information:

Both pumps operate by a stepper motor driving a precision mechanical screw that pushes the syringe plunger at a set speed, providing very stable, pulse-free flow. The user selects the syringe type (from an integrated manufacturer database) or enters the inner diameter manually via the touchscreen, then sets flow rate and volume (or time). The two channels work independently – asynchronous or synchronous modes, infuse/withdraw cycles, multi-step (up to 5 steps) programmable protocols, plus saving and recalling of methods are supported.
Golander LDA-02 – industrial-grade dual-channel pump with up to 35 kg thrust force, integrated touchscreen and RS-485/MODBUS interface for automation, with reserved ports for wireless control and temperature-control accessories. Compatible syringes 0.5 µL – 100 mL; flow range 8 pL/min – 150.147 mL/min.
Inovenso IPS-14RS – dual-channel infuse/withdraw pump with 4.3" resistive touch TFT LCD, microcontroller software and Microstep Drive stepper technology. Stores and recalls up to 5 different recipes; each syringe is held by its own clamp, so two syringes of different sizes can be used simultaneously. Compatible syringes from 0.5 µL (Hamilton, ID 0.103 mm) to 140 mL (Monoject, ID 38 mm); flow range 1.17 pL/min – 75.945 mL/min (up to 121.51 mL/min in newer variants).

Applications:  microfluidics, electrospinning and electrospraying, nanoparticle and microsphere fabrication, slow reactions, titrations, reagent dosing in flow chemistry systems, calibration, organoid cultivation, in vitro infusion/perfusion, precise solution preparation, sample introduction in chromatography, comparative kinetic studies.

Information for the User:

  • A briefing by the responsible person is mandatory before use. Before each experiment verify that the syringe is clamped correctly, the plunger touches the pusher block, and the syringe type or inner diameter is correctly selected – a wrong ID results in a wrong flow rate. When using flammable, toxic or aggressive solvents, place the pump in a fume hood or under ventilation; avoid solvents that attack plastic syringes (use glass or gas-tight syringes in those cases). Monitor system pressure – a blocked outlet line may trigger the clogging alarm (LDA-02) or damage the syringe/clamp. After use, flush the syringe and tubing with a suitable solvent. Keep fingers clear of the moving pusher block – pinch hazard.

 Additional Comments:

The two pumps are complementary: the IPS-14RS excels at extremely low flow rates (down to picolitres per minute with a Hamilton 0.5 µL syringe) and offers 5-step programmable protocols – well suited to electrospinning, microfluidic chips and organoid work; the LDA-02 offers high thrust force (up to 35 kg), broader coverage of large syringes and industrial automation via RS-485/MODBUS – well suited to flow-chemistry setups, long syntheses, and integration into automated platforms.
