Infertility is a complex condition influenced by both internal and external factors. In recent years, increasing attention has been paid to the reproductive system microbiota as one of the important factors potentially contributing to fertility disorders. The study will examine the role of microbiota in the pathogenesis of unexplained infertility in women by analyzing its interaction with immunological, hormonal, epigenetic, and genetic factors. The study focuses on identifying potential pathogenic links between microbiota imbalance and impaired reproductive function. These aspects are significant in evaluating new diagnostic and therapeutic opportunities based on microbiota modulation.
