As the PANERIS project comes to an end, we are proud to reflect on a journey marked by collaboration, knowledge exchange, and meaningful impact across the European neuroscience community.

Over the course of the project, PANERIS has brought together partners from Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, and Spain, creating a strong and sustainable network of researchers. Through joint activities, training initiatives, and scientific exchange, the project has strengthened research capacity, fostered international collaboration, and supported the development of early-career researchers.

Key achievements of PANERIS include establishing new research collaborations, integrating partners into European research and innovation networks, and creating opportunities that will continue beyond the project's lifetime. Activities such as short-term scientific missions, summer and winter schools, and outreach initiatives have played a vital role in empowering researchers and connecting science with society.

Importantly, PANERIS has demonstrated that building successful scientific synergies begins with people. By fostering trust, exchange, and early collaboration between researchers, the project has laid the groundwork for future initiatives and long-term partnerships in neuroscience.

To mark the conclusion of the project, we invite you to watch our short video highlighting PANERIS's key achievements, experiences, and impact.

As PANERIS comes to a close, its legacy continues through the collaborations, knowledge, and networks it has created. We thank all partners, researchers, and participants who have contributed to this journey and look forward to seeing how these connections will shape the future of neuroscience research in Europe.
