We want to understand how our colleagues feel in their daily work, and which aspects of the environment and leadership practices encourage engagement, collaboration, and job satisfaction.
The survey results will help us better understand the needs of the GMC community and plan future improvements – creating an open, inclusive, and motivating workplace for everyone.
