Preliminary Topic: Development of cell-free protein synthesis
Short Description of the Internship Work: The aim of this practicum is to develop novel strategies for cell-free protein synthesis. During this practicum the intern will master the main methods of molecular biology and biochemistry (PCR, gene cloning, recombinant protein expression in E. coli, etc.) as well as learn how to make and use cell-free extracts for protein synthesis.
