SSSNS (Student Scientific Society of Natural Sciences) - it is a non-profit organization that unites students who are thirsty for adventure, freedom, knowledge of nature and that is not even everything that we do. The most important purpose of our society - common activity that brings together enthusiastic and nature loving people, who would like to expand their knowledge and work together for the benefit of nature by sharing their experiences and ideas.
- Spectrum of the society's activities:
- We analyse scientific information;
- Organise lectures and discussions;
- Organise sightseeing tours;
- We communicate with scientists from different fields;
- We pursue various monitorings;
- We participate in all kinds of events;
- We are engaged in volluntary work;
- We organize movie screenings, etc.
Together we explore nature, learn how to recognise species of plants, birds, invertebrates, we warm ourselves with a song by the fire and enjoy each other's company. We welcome everyone who is interested in the society's activities every Thursday at 7 p.m. at Life Sciences Center of Vilnius University (Saulėtekio ave. 7) C111 premises for a cozy meeting and discussion 😊.
