Macrophage/microglia biology, phagocytosis of oligomeric proteins;
Mechanisms of neurodegenerative disease, properties of amyloid-β aggregates, and macrophage activation pathways by them;
Viral infection, innate immune cell response to viral antigens;
The role of immune cells in cancer pathogenesis.
