At the end of February, a photo exhibition dedicated to the Centennial of the restored Lithuania was placed at Vilnius University Life Sciences Center. 

The exhibition shows primary schools that were active during the interwar in Lithuania. Most of the buildings have changed a lot until now, some have been abandoned or demolished. 

This photo exhibition was made by the photo club "Fotokablys". Its members captured 100 primary schools in the whole Lithuania. "We have chosen these old schools because we didn't want them to be forgotten. These schools have played an important role in educating our elite. While working on these project we we talking to historians, teachers and other people who helped us to find these schools, who provided us with essential information and who shared their memories with us", said the members of "Fotokablys".

The photo exhibition we be placed at VU LSC until 6th of April. The project is sponsored by Lithuanian Council for Culture.
