Research Interests: Development and characterization of monoclonal antibodies against human cancer-associated proteins (e.g., carbonic anhydrase 9 and 12).
Construction, synthesis in E. coli and mammalian cells, and characterization of recombinant antibodies (e.g., scFv, scFv-Fc).
Development and application of molecular (PCR, real-time PCR) and antibody-based detection (ELISA, Western Blot) systems.
Immunology and immunotechnologies.
